Our Wild Rice is parched over a wood fire giving it its unique smoky nutty avor. Only true manomin “wild rice” grown in the wild will have this unique color and taste.

Its exible nature and great taste makes it the perfect compliment to bison, fish, pheasant, duck and venison as well as beef, lamb and chicken. Here in Minnesota, Wild Rice has been used in soups, cold salads, casseroles, omelets, side dishes, stuffing, ground up for a four substitute, baked, boiled, fried, and even popped.
